Shipping information
It depends on the item or items you buy through the Online Store, it has different shipping methods available to you. When you are going to make the payment, we will indicate that you choose the shipping method in relation to your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you have chosen and are calculated automatically during the payment process, before finalizing the order.
a.- Delivery locations:
We do not ship to, Ceuta and Melilla, nor to post office boxes.
b.- Deadlines and delivery costs:
We have the following shipping methods:
· Standard * (3-8 business days) International (8-15 business days)
You will receive your order within 3-8 full business days. We consider business days as working days from Monday to Friday, except official holidays marked in the official calendar.
· Shipments on request (15 business days) International ( 15-25 business days)
In case your order is not in stock, you could take up to 15 days to receive your order after the confirmation of your order on the web.
* Due to the high volume of orders in campaign periods, delivery times can be delayed.

Product review
Keep in mind that you assume the risk of the products you have ordered once the shipment is completed. If the packaging is damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your rights, you are responsible for inspecting the product and notifying us of any complaint. In the case of defective products or disagreement with your request, you have the option to return the defective product and we will refund the purchase price.
Availability and validity of the offer
We strive to have stock of all the items offered on the website. In the case that you ask us for products that are not in stock, we reserve the right not to accept the offer. You will be informed by email and any other payment, of course, will be returned.
